Introducing a new range of products made from an innovative and sustainable material known as Apple Leather.
This is the bio-based leather alternative made from apple pomace discarded by the drinks industry such as cider, juice and compote.
The apple residues are dried, ground into a fine powder, and then mixed with a binding agent to form a pulp. This pulp is spread out and compressed to create sheets of Apple leather.
Apple leather has gained popularity due to its eco-friendly nature. It offers an alternative to traditional leather while utilizing agricultural by-products that would otherwise go to waste.

By the time we find these truck tarpaulins they have already spent a lot of time on the road and have put in a lot of Kilometers. They have baked in the sun and frozen in the North and have picked up all kinds of scuffs and scratches along the way. We wash them and then cut out as many pieces for bags as we can from the raw material. Some are plain and some have colourful designs, logos and letters which means that every bag is different.
