We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If however, you would like to return an item, please notify us by email (email@example.com) within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
We will then send you a Returns Form and you must return your goods with this form within 20 days of receipt of the products for an exchange or refund. (Please note that the returns procedure allows for the return of one or more products from a larger order.) Please send the goods by secure delivery to the address given on the returns form.
We will make the exchange (subject to availability) or refund only upon receiving the goods from you. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain the proof of postage.
Goods are returned to us at your own expense (save in the case of faulty goods, please see below). If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates.
Faulty goods will be exchanged at our expense. None of these terms affects your statutory rights. Please note that goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were delivered to you.
